Chris began playing acoustic guitar and singing at age ten, learning from his talented mentors; folk singer Roger Kardinal, and blues artist Lane Coker. His music genre ranges from Classic rock to Top 40 in addition to singing his originals.
Chris enjoys outstanding support from the Livermore community; performing at many of the local wineries and other venues in the Tri-Valley area. Chris is a regular at Wente, Nottingham Cellars, Occasio, Wood Family Winery, and Swirl on the Square. He has performed at the annual Livermore Country Wine Festival, and was the winner of 2013 Guitar Fest Live Singer/Songwriter Competition with his originals “It Only Gets Better” and “So Much More.”
In between his student teaching at Alhambra High School in Martinez, his graduate work in the Teaching Credentials program at Saint Mary’s College, and his music gigs (whew), Chris continues to write. He hopes to record a CD of his five original songs and a few other favorites in the near future.
